HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Enter an email address you have access to because a verification code will be sent to it. You can only request a new code for 5 times so be sure to check your SPAM.
  2. Check your email for the code and enter it back to proceed.
  3. Registration form:
    1. You might have been given an abstract code which is required to complete the registration process.
    2. Fill in all the information on the registration page including creating a password.
    3. Click on the "Submit" button to save and proceed.
    4. On the next page, instructions on how to proceed will be shown for you to read and an email will be sent to your email address with an attachment.
    5. If you decide to pay using the online option which we strongly recommend, then you can do so right on this page.
  4. Online Payment Options:
    1. You have the flexibility to make payments using Mobile Money or Debit/Credit cards.
    2. For Mobile Money transactions, ensure your wallet has the required amount or more and the same applies to Cardholders.
    3. Select "Pay with Mobile Money" or "Card" and enter your wallet number or Debit/Credit card number, name, and the CVV number at the back of the card.
    4. If it's your first time using this payment platform, expect a 6-digit OTP labelled "PAYSTACK" to be sent to you. For cardholders, you may be redirected to your bank page for OTP verification.
    5. Input the OTP into the system before the Mobile Money prompt appears, asking for your approval and MoMo PIN.
    6. Upon deduction of the amount, kindly be patient as the system redirects you to the conference registration page.
    7. Once the process concludes, expect SMS notifications from your Mobile Money service provider. Additionally, a payment receipt will be sent to you via email by the payment platform and a registration completion email with an official receipt from ARCTUG-2024 will be sent to you as well.
  5. Offline Payment Options:
    1. You can also use the other offline payment options available Here.
    2. You are required to send your payment receipt to finance.arctug2024@stu.edu.gh if you decide to use offline payment option.
    3. We will verify your payment within 5-working days and update your registration status. Expect an email once the process completes.

Please make sure your Internet connection is strong, especially during the payment process.

If after payment, the system does not redirect to the conference page, call or WhatsApp chat on +233541708169 for immediate action.

No one from the ARCTUG-2024 or Sunyani Technical University will call you to request your MoMo PIN, OTP or Password/Card details.

Pay the ARCTUG-2024 registration fee at your convenience.

Payment procedure

An invoice will be emailed to you after your abstract has been accepted or (if you are not presenting) after you have registered.

Make the payment via Deposite/eBanking. The exact amount stated on the invoice should be paid.

Send your receipt to finance.arctug2024@stu.edu.gh.

Step 4

We will verify your payment within 5-working days.

Terms and conditions

  1. The payment is only for registration, presentation, participation, snacks, and dinner.

  3. Receipt or evidence of payment should be scanned or converted to PDF and sent to: finance.arctug2024@stu.edu.gh and arctug2024.chair@stu.edu.gh
  4. The exact amount, as stated on the invoice, should be paid.
  5. Payments are nonrefundable.
  6. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
