Qualification:
- Applicant must have a Terminal Degree (PhD) or its equivalent in the relevant area.
- Teaching experience in a University.
- Appreciable industrial experience or skills in Competency Based Training (CBT) will be an advantage.
Job Description
Successful candidates will teach at undergraduate & postgraduate levels, conduct research, mentor students, and contribute to academic & administrative services in the University.
(B) NON-TEACHING AREAS
- Medical Director
Qualification:
Applicant must hold MB ChB or its equivalent; must be a qualified Medical Doctor, duly registered by the Ghana Medical and Dental Council and in good standing with an active pin; and must have at least six (6) years post-qualification experience, and must have practiced in an institution of similar standing.
- Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:
Applicant must possess:
- A Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Professional membership or registration with a recognized body such as the Ghana Institution of Surveyors or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in building and civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control procedures.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying and project management software.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and construction regulations.
