It is announced for the information of Sunyani Technical University (STU) Alumni and the General Public that the 18th Congregation Ceremony of the University will be held as follows:
Day 1 : Thursday, 11th December, 2025 -Faculty of Applied Science Technology (FAST) and Faculty of Business and Management Studies (FBMS)
Day 2 : Friday, 12th December, 2025- Faculty of Engineering (FOE) and Faculty of Built Environment and Applied Arts (FBEAA)
Time : 9.00 a.m. each day
Venue : Prof. K. Nsiah Gyabaah Auditorium
Theme: “Sustainable Skills Development for Global Job Creation and Employability”.
Graduands who completed their Master's, Bachelor’s, Higher National Diploma, or Diploma programmes in 2025 and wish to be presented at the Congregation should register personally or via email with the Director of Academic Affairs not later than Thursday, 4th December, 2025.

A non-refundable graduation fee must be paid at GCB BANK PLC – Sunyani Branch, Not Later than Thursday, 4th December 2025, as follows:
- Post Graduate: GHS 700
- Undergraduate (Bachelor’s/Higher National Diploma/Diploma): GHS 500
This fee covers:
- Certificate
- Academic Gown Hire
- Congregation Publications
Note: There will be rehearsals for all participating graduands on Wednesday,10th December 2025, at 3.00 p.m. at the Prof. K. Nsiah Gyabaah Auditorium. Graduands who may not attend the Congregation Ceremony will be expected to pay the same amount indicated above before they collect their certificates. Graduands will be expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals for themselves and their guests.
