ADDENDUM NOTICE

The date for submission and opening of tenders has been extended from Tuesday, 3rd May to Tuesday 10th May, 2022. This notice supersedes the earlier one issued on Thursday, 24th March, 2022. Any inconvenience caused to prospective tenderers is deeply regretted.

NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)
  1. The Sunyani Technical University intends to apply part of the 2022 budgetary allocation for the procurement of works contract whose requirements are indicated in the table below:

  3. The Sunyani Technical University now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who are registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing in the category of D2/K2 and above for the Construction of the Works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
  4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Director of Works, and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT local time from Thursday 31st March, 2022.
  5. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Documents.
  6. Tenderers are required to submit their tenders with the following documents in support of their Tenders:
    1. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
    2. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
    3. Valid GRA Certificate
    4. Valid Labour Certificate
    5. Valid Business Registration Certificate from the Registrar General’s Department
    6. PPA Suppliers Certificate.
  7. Completed tender document sealed in an envelope, bearing the project’s name should be addressed to:

  8. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 10th May, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend the meeting at the Council Chamber, Ground Floor of the Main Administration Block, Sunyani Technical University at exactly 10.00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 10th May, 2022.
