Ing. Prof. Kwadwo Adinkrah-AppiahVice-Chancellor
He is the Head of the University, preside at Congregation, Ceremonies, and also confer on qualified persons, degrees, diplomas and certificates awarded by the University.
Council Chairman
He presides over all meetings of Council in the absence of the Chancellor, he is also up-to-date with all minutes of meetings of the Academic Board in addition to any other publications of the University.

Mr. Samuel Ankama ObourSecretary/Registrar
He is the Chief Operating Officer of the University under the Vice-Chancellor and in accordance with the policy directives of the Council
Dr. Prince MenzoDirector of Finance
He is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the Financial Administration and also responsible for the preparation of the annual operating budget of the University.
